I've seen this advertised on tv lately and decided to give it a try.
I'll confess that I'm a coke-aholic when it comes to refreshments, and I know I need to give less of those things. I don't like lemon in my water and after a glass or two of ice cold water, I felt like I wanted something else. So, I picked up one of these flavors in the grocery the other day
and decided to give it a try.
I got to tell you, this stuff is actually pretty good. And cheaper than buying
bottled water, easier to carry around with you. I've sense picked up 3 more flavors.
Since I like cokes, I don't do the 'pepsi' thing and often when you
go out to eat they may serve Pepsi instead of Coke. I also do the sweet iced tea
thing.....and as we ALL know, sugar does NOT desolve in
cold tea.....give me a break waitress!!
Ok, so I can now order a glass of water....no lemon please,
and add my own flavor.
And YES, I'm drinking more water and less Cokes with this stuff.
I think that's pretty cool!
flavor.

3 of the things you had to say.:
I saw that at the store and wondered if it was a good thing - or a stain waiting to happen. (Yes, I'm that kind of person, stains find me.) Is the packaging secure enough to carry around with you? It must be, if you are taking it to restaurants.
Thanks for the heads up!
I've seen that Mio stuff, but I haven't tried it yet.
I'm a Diet Pepsi guy, and I never get enough water. I recently tried a Diet Raspberry Tea Snapple and it was delicious. So we got those at home and I started drinking fewer sodas.
Plus, I've been enjoying Vitamin Water at work, so we got some of that too. And I started drinking even fewer sodas.
I don't know how much better for you the Vitamin Water and the Snapple are, but I'm drinking fewer sodas and that has to be a good thing.
Barbara, these come in small bottles, easy enough to carry with you wherever you go. I keep a couple of these in my desk drawer at work.
Travis, I haven't tried the Snapple but the Vitamin Water is good. Mio is cheaper...I get at least 24 servings for around $3+ ...and I don't have to store the bottles...lol
